She experiences in industries of technology, enterprise services, real estate, education, high-end manufactory, finance, etc.

Sijing has advised leading investment funds and companies such as Tencent, ByteDance, Sina, Samsung, Nokia, Future Capital, Legend Star, Legend Capital, Centurium, Taikang Insurance, CICC, CDH, Tsingyan, Hopu, Redpoint, Northern Light, IDG, GSR, GRC, H Capital, Tiger, etc. on hundreds of investments. Sijing has substantial experiences in representing startups and emerging growth companies, and navigated many startups from incorporation to Unicorns and to going public.

Sijing has represented many large-scale public companies, investment funds and SOEs in cross-border M&A, such as the strategic acquisition of MEIZU, Luxshare’s investment in/acquisition of several listed companies, Tongding’s acquisition of a Nasdaq listed company UTSI, several joint ventures of Veolia, a joint venture of Rainfei Fund, Sino-Africa Development Fund and Futon on African market, and going private transaction of United Family Healthcare, etc.

Sijing has represented CICC, CITIC, Beijing Culture Investment on several fund formations, and SSF, Jiangxi Copper and Davidson Kempner as fund investors.

Sijing joined Global Law Office in 2017. Ms. Zhang worked with Zhonglun and Gunderson Dettmer for several years.
