Our well recognized IP lawyers with international backgrounds have tried some of the most complicated IP cases, and a couple of our representative cases, and a couple of our representative cases were recognized by Chinese courts as top 10 exemplary cases. In lawsuits involving the top three highest sought award of damages in all IP litigation cases in China, our team is currently representing two of them.

In addition to our contentious IP experience, we also have significant experience in non-contentious IP matters, in which our clients turn to us for guidance through complex commercial transactions. We quickly and thoroughly understand why and how IP strategies can help our client serve their business objectives, and work closely with each of our client to shape an IP strategy that supports our clients' research, development, exploitation and marketing objectives. Thanks to our in-depth understanding of our clients' IP needs as well as our extensive IP experience in commercial deals, we have successfully represented both buyers and sellers on IP aspects of merger and acquisitions, and provided our clients with helpful assistance in other IP transactions. Our transactional IP Service includes planning, advising, negotiating and executing IP acquisition transactions for purchasers and sellers.
