In the area of banking and finance, Xing Jin has represented most of the major PRC and international banks and financial institutions, and also represented active borrower groups in the market for lending from banks and financial institutions. Xing Jin specializes in providing legal services for the financing of major acquisition transactions (such as the financing of ChemChina's acquisition of Syngenta, and the financing of Gaw Capital' acquisition of Yingke Center from Li Ka-shing family’s portfolio).
In the field of investment fund and PE/VC, Xing Jin has profound knowledge and experiences in fundraising, formation and investment by government-led funds, venture capital funds, funds of funds, industrial funds, and domestic and overseas parallel funds, and has represented dozens of well-known fund management institutions and investors in the market, in relation to their raising, forming and investing of nearly 50 private equity funds.
In the field of capital markets, Xing Jin has advised around 50 debt offerings on both domestic and overseas capital markets and several restructuring and listing projects. Xing Jin is particularly dedicated at structural designing of innovative products, and has advised a number of first-list products, including China's first commercial bank-led ABS product, first green asset-backed ABS product listed at Shanghai Exchange, and first apartment industry asset-backed securitization product, etc.
Xing Jin has also served as long term legal counsel for clients’ commercial dispute resolution matters in the above areas.
