Suzie Xiao joined Global Law Office in 2016. She has provided legal services to private equity funds, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises and various multinational companies. The legal services rendered by her typically include, among others, structuring the transactions, conducting due diligence, drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents, issuing legal or advisory opinions as well as assisting with the closing matters and completion of government approval procedures. Her clients include many of the world’s leading investment institutions, like Sequoia Capital China, Hony Capital, CITIC, CICC, PICC Capital, Tencent, and BEST FOOD HLDG.
