Ms. Zhang is a partner based in GLO Beijing office, and specialized in banking & finance, M&A and international dispute resolution.

Ms. Zhang, in the field of banking & finance, provides and used to provide legal services to China Development Bank, China Huaxia Bank, China Everbright Bank, China Bohai Bank, China CITIC Bank, Kookmin Bank of Korea, China Minsheng Bank, Postal Savings Bank of China, ChemChina Finance, Zhong He Finance Co.,Ltd., CO-OP Croup Finance and Zhejin Trust, where legal advice covers a wide array of services ranging from syndicated loans, buyer’s credit, annexation loan, overseas M&A, interbank credit, trade financing, project finance, factoring, financial derivatives (forward settlement and sale of foreign exchange/swap between RMB and foreign currency), interbank business of bank trust/bank security and trust, bill business, letter of guarantee to negotiable instruments and innovative financial business etc.

Ms. Zhang, in the field of international dispute resolution, has represented an individual from China in the first-ever KODA dispute case with the Singaporean bank, DBS; she represented a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in its acquisition dispute against the core team of the corporation to be acquired; she represented a NASDAQ company in its ICC arbitration with a German company (the arbitration proceeding was conducted in English in Geneva); she also represented a state-owned corporation in ICC arbitration with a corporation in the Middle East (the arbitration proceeding was conducted in English in London).
