Kaixu Li has assisted many international and PRC companies/funds with their projects in M&A, private equity, venture capital, cross-border investment, fund formation, real estate, commercial banking and general corporate. In addition to the traditional real estate and service apartment industries, Kaixu Li has also adviced companies in the industries of telecommunications, internet, healthcare, entertainment, education, etc.

Kaixu Li represents major investment banks, private equity funds and Fortune 500 multi-national companies in their China related transactions. Her clients include Blackstone, Warburg Pincus, Primavera Capital, Goldman Sachs, Hillhouse Capital, e-Shang Group, CINDAT Capital, Alibaba, etc.  Kaixu Li has handled a variety of transactions of equity, debt investment and cross-border M&A with rich experience especially in China’s domestic real estate industry.

Kaixu Li was admitted in the PRC in 2018. Prior to joining Global in 2015, Kaixu Li worked in Hamburg office of Graf von Westphalen, focusing on the areas of M&A and investment.
