Yibing Wang has extensive practical experiences in handling disputes resolution cases. She has represented large state-owned enterprises, listed companies, financial institutions, investment institutions and Internet technology companies etc., handling various civil and commercial cases before different courts, CIETAC, BAC and other arbitration institutions. She is highly experienced in handling disputes over contract, corporate control, M&A and restructuring, finance, asset management contract and in handling cases regarding civil enforcement proceedings. For instance, representing China Light Industrial Products Import and Export Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China General Technology (Group) Holding Co., Ltd., in handling multiple contract disputes with the total amount in controversy exceeding billions RMB; representing HSBC in handling several financial loan contract disputes; representing several well-known private equity funds to handle disputes related to their  investment projects; representing multiple enterprises in series of disputes over subsidiary control rights and related matters.
