GLO contributes to Thomson Reuters' Practical Law publications
2017-05-17

Thomson Reuters is the world’s leading source of news and information for professional markets.

Practical Law is the leading provider of online know-how to lawyers worldwide. In 2013, Thomson Reuters launched a Practical Law China -- legal know-how service to provide transactional support to lawyers doing business in, or with parties based in, mainland China.

GLO recently contributed to Practical Law’s new content on anti-corruption in the PRC and PRC Employment law. The anti-corruption material covered topics from the legal framework to legal penalties and both corruption governed by the PRC Criminal Law and Anti-Unfair Competition Law. For employment law, we contributed content on a vast range of PRC employment issues: from severance payment to annual leave and working hours to grounds of termination.
