Global Law Office advises DBS Bank Ltd., HSBC and J.P. Morgan on the offering of US$450,000,000 5% guaranteed senior notes due in 2019 by RKI Overseas Finance 2016(A) Limited and the listing of the notes on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Liu Jinrong and Kang Qiuning are the lead partner of Global Law Office’s team, and other team members include Zhu Ruiqing, Zhu Qin and Li Bing.

The notes are guaranteed by Road King Infrastructure Limited (1098.HK) and certain of its existing subsidiaries. DBS Bank Ltd., HSBC and J.P. Morgan are the joint book-runners and joint lead managers of this transaction.
