• In 2019, represented A+H listed company Jiangxi Copper Company Limited regarding its acquisition of the Canadian Listed Company First Quantum Minerals Ltd. shares with a consideration exceeding USD 1.1 billion
• In 2017, represented H share listed company Zhaojin Mining together with Fosun to acquire Eldorado Gold project at USD1.2 billion
• In 2016, represented Jiangxi Copper together with CCB International to establish Valuestone Global Resources Fund phrase I in Cayman Islands
