Xiaomei Huang is an of counsel in Shenzhen office of Global Law Office (“GLO”). She practices in GLO’s Dispute Resolution Team, focusing on civil and commercial disputes, trade secrets protection, and economic crimes defense.

Xiaomei Huang has extensive experience representing corporate clients in civil and commercial litigation and arbitral proceedings. She has handled numerous significant civil and commercial cases, including disputes over commercial franchise, right of recourse, contracts for work, commission contracts and liquidation liability, as well as matters of Hong Kong arbitral awards recognition and enforcement.

Xiaomei Huang has extensive expertise in economic crime defense. She has represented clients in matters of fundraising fraud, loan fraud, illegal absorption of public deposits, contract fraud and tax fraud. She has successfully assisted her clients to obtain favorable outcomes such as non-prosecution or suspended sentences in various cases.

After joining GLO, Xiaomei Huang has advised many well-known corporate clients across a wide variety of sectors，including Alibaba, Andritz, Anker Innovations, TCL, Comba Telecom, China Unicom, etc.

Xiaomei Huang joined GLO in 2020. Prior to joining GLO, Xiaomei Huang worked at Guangdong Shengdian (Longgang) Law Firm and You Xing Law Firm, Guangdong.
