Ms. Dong specialises in international arbitration and corporate investigation and compliance.

Ms. Dong was trained as a common law legal practitioner and is familiar with the relevant laws and regulations of multiple common law jurisdictions (including Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia). Ms. Dong has extensive experience in international arbitration who frequently advises and represents clients in arbitrations conducted under the HKIAC, SIAC, CIETAC and UNCITRAL Rules, as well as ad hoc proceedings. Further, Ms. Dong also has extensive experience in corporate investigation and compliance.

Prior to joining Global Law Office, Ms. Dong has been practising international arbitration at leading local law firms in Hong Kong, Singapore, and international law firms (including Deacons, Wong Partnership LLP and Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe), and was a member of the Legal and Compliance Team at KKR and Credit Suisse.
