In early 2008 when the "Anti-trust Law" became effective, GLO has established a professional lawyer team in anti-trust, national security review and anti-unfair competition.

The GLO antitrust and competition legal team consists of partners and lawyers with extensive practice experience. Specifically, many members worked at domestic and foreign anti-trust law enforcement authorities (e.g. the MOFCOM, NDRC and AICs, DGCOM of European Commission) or served as judges at courts, which have accumulated anti-trust law enforcement or judicial work experience over the years and extensive legal practice experience.
