Tuniu.com announced that Temasek made a new series D investment in the approximate amount of US$60 million.  Tuniu.com had previously concluded three rounds of fund raising, including series A investment by Gobi Partners, series B investment led by DCM as well as series C investment led by Sequoia Capital.

Global acted as Temasek’s PRC counsel in the transaction and provided the investor with comprehensive legal services. The team was led by our Beijing-based partner, Mr. Hai Huang.
