Ten Pao Group Holdings Limited (“Ten Pao Group”), a major manufacturer of SMPS units for consumer products and smart chargers and controllers for industrial use in the PRC, was successfully listed on the main board of Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on December 11, 2015.  Ten Pao Group raised approximately HKD200 million through its initial public offering (“IPO”).

DBS Asia Capital Limited and Guosen Securities (HK) Capital Company Limited acted as the joint sponsors and joint global coordinators for this IPO. Global Law Office acted as the PRC legal counsel to the joint sponsors. Global’s team was led by our Shenzhen-based partners Mr. Cheng LI and Ms. Carrie SUN, along with Ms. Mengyuan Zhang and Ms. Siyi Zhang as the other members of the team.
