Ziqian Wang is an of counsel of Global Law office in Beijing and specialized in securitization and structured financing.

Ziqian Wang has rich experience in the offering of asset-backed securities(ABS) in stock exchanges, asset-backed notes(ABN) and insurance securitization products. The underlying assets include real estate (quasi-REITs and CMBS), supply chain, infrastructure, accounts receivable, financial leasing, trust beneficiary rights and credit assets, etc.

Ziqian Wang joined Global Law Office in 2021. Prior to joining Global, Ziqian Wang worked with Fenxun Partners and Gfund in the areas of securitization and infrastructure securities investment fund.
