Yuexin Chen has represented Chinese enterprises in numerous anti-dumping, countervailing duty, and anti-circumvention cases initiated by countries and regions such as the United States, the European Union, Canada, India, Australia, the Eurasian Economic Union, South Africa, Thailand, etc. Yuexin Chen has also represented foreign enterprises in several anti-dumping investigations initiated by the Chinese government against countries such as the United States, the European Union, South Africa, etc. The cases cover a wide range of industries including steel, aluminum products, photovoltaics, tires, machinery and electrical products, textiles, food, pharmaceuticals, chemical products, glass, ceramics, etc.
Yuexin Chen, as a professional accountant, is mainly responsible for the following tasks in trade remedy cases: analyzing defense strategies based on the characteristics of enterprises, answering questionnaires, analyzing surrogate values and benchmarks, testing the margins of dumping and subsidies, drafting case brief and rebuttal brief, conducting on-site verification of cases, analyzing industry injury, etc.
