Yue Qian has long been deeply engaged in private equity, venture capital, equity structure design, and M&A transactions. She has represented numerous well-known investment institutions, state-owned enterprises, and founders in a wide range of transactions, including equity, debt, mezzanine investments, restructurings, and PPP projects, providing comprehensive legal services covering transaction structure design, due diligence, transaction document drafting, and commercial negotiation. The clients she serves span industries including new energy, new materials, high-end manufacturing, TMT, environmental protection, data centers, catering, food, healthcare, infrastructure, and real estate.

In the private fund sector, Yue Qian possesses extensive practical expertise.
