Yue Ma specializes in capital markets, structured finance/asset securitization and REITs.

Yue Ma has advised multiple large-scale commercial banks (including Agricultural Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of China, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Bank of Guangzhou, Bank of Nanjing, and Bank of Shangrao) on asset-backed securities offerings and non-performing asset securitizations. These transactions have covered various types of assets including credit card debt, consumption loans, residential mortgage loans and business loans, etc.

Yue Ma has advised both state-owned enterprises and enterprises in the private sector on structured financing. In these transactions, securities backed by assets have been offered on Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange or the inter-bank bond market. Yue Ma is also experienced in the offering of Reits.

Yue Ma has advised on multiple debt offerings, IPOs, and equity offerings of listed companies. Yue Ma has also advised the investment banking departments of several major commercial banks and securities companies.

Yue Ma has worked in a major securities company in China as a legal counsel in investment banking.
