With proficiency in liaising with administrators, claims declaration and review, due diligence for restructuring investments, and drafting and reviewing restructuring investment plans, You Wu has played key roles in major bankruptcy cases such as those involving the Shanshan Group, HiPhi Auto, Rongsheng Heavy Industries, and the Tsinghua Unigroup series, demonstrating capabilities in managing significant and intricate bankruptcy matters.

You Wu is skilled in reconstructing factual frameworks, building evidence chains, and designing dispute resolution strategies. You Wu has independently led cases and actively driven the implementation of overall strategies. Notable achievements include handling complex series of corporate control disputes, multinational insurance claim arbitrations in Hong Kong, contract termination arbitrations for leading listed companies, series of execution objection cases for film companies, commercial lease disputes (including counterclaims), and capital withdrawal litigation, showcasing an ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in sophisticated commercial disputes.

You Wu has provided full-scope legal support for business negotiations involving large multinational hotel groups, listed companies, and state-owned enterprises. Responsibilities have included structuring commercial terms, negotiating key provisions of hotel management agreements, clarifying profit distribution and operational rights between brand owners and property owners, contract review, and facilitating the finalization of agreements.
