Dr. Li is an of counsel based in Beijing office and specialized in PE/VC, M&A, Investment Funds, Asset Management and General Corporate. Industries in which she has been involved include high-tech, Internet, semi-conductor, energy, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and medical services, real estate, etc.

In M&A, PE&VC area, Dr. Li has advised on dozens of cases representing investors or the fund-raising companies. The clients that Dr. Li has advised include investors such as CDB Capital, Joy Capital, China Growth Capital, CAS Capital, CR Mixc Lifestyle, etc. and fund-raising companies such as Guangyu Biomedical Technology, Shangchen Composite Materials and Qrem Technology, etc..

In the Investment Funds area, Dr. Li has provided services for multiple institutions to apply for registration as private equity fund managers or change of significant matters. Dr. Li has also participated in LP investments in private equity funds on behalf of FOFs and other entities. The clients that Dr. Li has advised include Beijing Science and Technology Innovation Fund, Bao’an Industry Guidance Fund and Panasonic.

In the Asset Management area, the main practice area of Dr. Li is non-performing asset management. The AMC clients that Dr. Li has advised includes China Galaxy and China Orient.

Dr. Li joined Global Law Office in 2023. Prior to joining Global, Dr. Li worked with two other leading PRC law firms and an insurance company.
