Her banking and finance practice focuses on advising leading financial institutions including China CITIC Bank, Huaxia Bank, and Postal Savings Bank of China on syndicated loans, trade finance and project finance transactions.

In the area of trust and asset management, Ying Xue has represented CITIC Trust and Jingu Trust, providing project-specific legal services such as legal due diligence, structuring and review of trust structures, drafting and review of transaction documents, and ongoing legal advisory services.

In corporate law, Ying Xue has advised clients such as Hongyuan Huizhi, Linekong Interactive, Quant-Guest, Jinhu Investment, and Shengwei Investment. Ying Xue has extensive experience in investment and financing transactions with representatives cases such as: Hongyuan Huizhi’s investment in a subsidiary of China Jinmao, the spin-off project of a subsidiary of Linekong Interactive (a Hong Kong-listed company), M&A projects for All-Ways Consulting, acquisition of a subsidiary of Baidu, Inc., the listing and financing project of Yixin.
