Ying Qu has extensive experience in PE/VC, investment funds. She has assisted multiple institutions in due diligence, drafting transaction documents and business negotiations, as well as the structural design of investment funds, equity funds, securities funds, mezzanine funds, etc. She also dealt with PE/VC and M&A matters for many funds and start-ups.

At the invitation of the PE Management Department of AMAC, Ying Qu assisted regulatory work of registration and filing in PE funds and self discipline verification, etc.

Ying Qu joined Global Law Office in 2019. Previously, she worked with Beijing Dacheng Law Office in the areas of PE & investment funds.
