In the area of structured finance & securitization, Xuejie Gao has provided legal services for financial institutions and non-financial enterprises in issuance of Notes, including CLO, RMBS, CMBS, Credit Card Securitization, NPL, Financial Leasing, Enterprise Asset Securitization, Asset-backed Notes.

In the area of Insurance Funds Operation, Xuejie Gao has provided legal counsel on the establishment and investment of insurance debt investment plan of insurance asset management product for multiple Asset Management Companies.

In the area of capital markets, Xuejie Gao has participated in several bond issuance, Reits and IPO. Xuejie Gao has also served as long term legal counsel for financial institutions such as Agricultural Bank of China, Postal Savings Bank of China, rendering legal advices on bond business.

Xuejie Gao joined Global Law Office in 2022. Prior to joining Global, Xuejie Gao worked with Zhong Yin Law Firm in the areas of Insurance Funds Operation.
