Xinyao Zhao is a partner based in our Shanghai office. She joined the Shanghai office in 2018. Her main practice areas include cyber and data security, personal information protection, artificial intelligence governance, and corporate regulatory compliance. She is specialized in providing advices for both multinational and domestic companies in areas including telecom, AI, internet, IoT, automotive, ecommerce, Fintech and healthcare. She has advised for well-known international companies in completing their data compliance project and assist implementation during the whole course. She also assisted domestic companies for their overseas business development in the U.S., Europe, and Southeast Asia from data privacy compliance perspectives.
