Xinjie Huang is an of counsel of Global Law Office and specializes in foreign direct investment, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and other general corporate matters, focusing on a wide range of industries, including data center, automotive, TMT, food, pharmaceutical, and chemicals, etc.

Xinjie Huang provides legal services to domestic and foreign enterprises and financial investors in areas such as investment and financing, joint ventures and M&A transactions. She has assisted numerous well-known enterprises and investment institutions, including Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P., Stonepeak, New Mountain Capital, American Axle & Manufacturing, DSM-Firmenich, Westlake, Hanwha Group, and LS Group on their cross-border investment projects and acquisition deals. She also provides ongoing legal advice to numerous prominent enterprises on their general corporate matters.

Xinjie Huang took the lead in numbers of M&A projects and PE/VC projects, responsible for transaction structures design, conducting legal due diligence, drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents, issuing legal or advisory opinions as well as assisting with the closing matters and completion of government approval procedures.

Xinjie Huang joined Global Law Office in 2021, after practicing at a leading law firm in China.
