Wenting Shi's primary practice areas include dispute resolution, family wealth management and succession, and labor and employment. Over the course of her career, she has handled thousands of litigation cases, accumulating extensive practical experience in both litigation and enforcement.

Representative matters in which Wenting Shi has acted include: representing JD.com in a series of contract disputes, including sales contract, software development contract, lease contract, and service contract; representing Liaoning Transportation Investment Co., Ltd. in a trust contract dispute; and representing Jinjiang Haina Machinery Co., Ltd. in enforcement objection proceedings.

Wenting Shi also has substantial experience in the areas of divorce and succession. She has represented clients in numerous cross-border divorce cases, betrothal property disputes, and inheritance disputes, possessing well-grounded practical expertise in these fields.

In addition, Wenting Shi serves as long-term legal counsel for well-known enterprises and is skilled in handling arbitration and litigation arising from non-competition restrictions, termination of labor contracts, and related matters. She has also provided professional legal training for companies such as JD.com, Cambricon Technologies, and Kunlun Insurance Brokers.

Wenting Shi joined Global Law Office in 2026. Prior to joining Global, Wenting Shi worked for many years in the Beijing court system.
