Wenpeng Fu provides long-term legal counsel services to financial institutions and state-owned enterprises such as China Construction Bank Sichuan Branch and its sub-branches, CITIC Bank Chengdu Branch, Cinda Asset Management Sichuan Branch, Hua Xia Bank Chengdu Branch, China Unicom Sichuan Branch, Chengdu Transportation Administration Bureau, etc.

 

During his practice, he represented China Construction Bank Sichuan Branch and its subordinate branches, China CITIC Bank Chengdu Branch, Cinda Asset Sichuan Branch, Hua Xia Bank Chengdu Branch, Chengdu Rural Commercial Bank and Hengfeng Bank Chengdu Branch in more than 50 litigation and enforcement cases, with a cumulative amount of more than 3 billion yuan involved.

 

In addition to banking and financial disputes, he provided dispute resolution services involving insurance disputes, equity disputes and contract disputes for PICC Sichuan Branch, Chengdu Yawang Electric Power Development Co., LTD., Minshan Hotel and FAW (Sichuan) Special Vehicle Co., LTD..

 

Representative projects

 

Dispute resolution Project:

• Represented Huaxia Bank Chengdu Branch (China Railway Trust Co., LTD.) in a trust contract dispute with Chengdu Senyu Industrial Group Co., LTD., involving a principal amount of 2 billion yuan, and recovered approximately 1.7 billion yuan through a combination of litigation and non-litigation methods;
• Represented Chengdu Rural Commercial Bank in the Jinyuan project, involving litigation, enforcement, bankruptcy and the handling of the intersection of criminal and civil cases, with a target amount of 2 billion yuan;
• Represented Huaxia Bank in a factoring contract dispute case against Chengdu Branch of China Railway No. 2 Engineering Group Ruilong Logistics Co., LTD. (with a claim amount of 68 million yuan). This was the first factoring contract dispute case to be heard by the Chengdu Intermediate People's Court;
• Represented CITIC Bank in a loan dispute with the Third branch of China Construction Sixth Engineering Division, etc. After the first instance and second instance, the court recognized that the loan relationship and the bill relationship could be combined for trial, which was the first case in Sichuan region.

Non-litigious projects:

• Debt restructuring and subsequent project development supervision of the "Shuangnan Yuetiandi" project of Xinda Sichuan Branch;
• Debt clearance and restructuring of CCB Yibin Longwan No.1;
• As the principal person in charge, provide legal due diligence services for the transfer and acquisition of financial asset packages by financial institutions.
