The typical dispute cases Shuang Li has dealt with include: representing a well-known private equity fund in several disputes related to its investment projects, and notably, she represented client to negotiate with counterparty during asset preservation, recovering client’s overall investment amounting to nearly 200 million RMB; representing a subsidiary of the state-owned enterprise China National Petroleum Corporation, in handling a series of arbitration cases with the joint venture and the foreign shareholders of the joint venture, with the amount exceeding 500 million RMB; representing T.C. Pharmaceutical in a series of Red Bull Cases regarding corporate control; representing a well-known private equity fund in several disputes related to its investment projects; representing famous securities companies and fund companies in several typical disputes over finance products; representing China Light Industrial Products Import and Export Group Co., Ltd., a wholly- owned subsidiary of China General Technology (Group) Holding Co., Ltd., in handling multiple contract disputes with the amount over billions RMB; representing financial lease companies and commercial factoring companies in dozens of disputes over financial leasing and factoring with the amount totaling hundreds of millions of RMB; representing a trust company in dispute over trust loan with the amount 300 million of RMB.
