Sera Liu is a partner based in GLO Chengdu office. Sera Liu mainly practices in the fields of asset restructuring, M&A, as well as general corporate compliance matters.

Sera Liu has provided legal services for many state-owned corporate clients and listed companies. Industries in which Sera Liu has been involved include gas resources, new energy，machinery manufacturing，commercial retail, etc.

In the area of M&A, Sera Liu has represented Chengdu Gas Group Inc, China Resources Group Co,Ltd and Yibin China Resources Co,Ltd. in connection with their gas energy transactions. Sera Liu has been actively involved in advising many corporate clients on compliance assessment and risk control, structuring the transactions, conducting due diligence, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documents, issuing legal or advisory opinions as well as assisting with the closing matters and completion of government approval procedures.

Sera Liu was admitted in the PRC in 2012. Sera Liu joined Global Law Office in 2020. Before that, Sera Liu practiced as a senior associate in JT&N Law Office.
