Qianyu Sun is an of counsel of Global Law Office based in Shanghai. She is specialized in corporate compliance and risk control, corporate governance, foreign investment, business transactions and regulatory compliance, and provides the foregoing services to a variety of multinational companies.

Qianyu Sun provides supporting and consulting services to commercial activities from a broad-spectrum of industries, including automotive, software, manufacturing, e-commerce, internet, high-tech, commercial services, agriculture, trading, covering matters such as market entry, business structuring, daily operation, cybersecurity and data, and compliance management.

Qianyu Sun joined Global Law Office in 2018. Prior to joining Global, Qianyu Sun worked as an in-house legal counsel in an automotive dealership group.
