In the field of international trade, Ningxin Huo offers legal services to leading domestic and international enterprises across various industries, including finance, defense, telecommunications, semiconductors, artificial intelligence, internet, automotive, shipping, and textiles. Her services encompass compliance risk screening and evaluation, compliance system assessment and auditing, establishment/improvement of compliance frameworks, due diligence and risk assessment for specific transactions, “blacklist” management, and compliance training. In addition, Ningxin Huo also involved in the project representing CCOIC in response to the USTR’s 301 investigation against China.

In dispute resolution, Ningxin Huo has participated in investment arbitration cases between foreign investors and host States, particularly in industries such as real estate and mining.

In the area of anti-trust law, Ningxin Huo has provided PRC merger control filing service in dozens of cases (including simple procedure and non-simple procedure). She also advised clients across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, finance, mining, chemicals, telecommunications, food, logistics, and real estate. Recent representative projects include Luxshare’s acquisition of certain business of Wingtech and eLong’s acquisition of Wanda Hotel Management Hong Kong.
