  • Provided legal due diligence and transaction documentation support to a large domestic state-owned enterprise and its subsidiaries in connection with equity acquisitions and asset restructuring projects.

  • Provided antitrust compliance self-assessment services to a leading internet technology company and assisted in responding to an investigation initiated by antitrust enforcement authorities;
  • Represented a foreign-invested healthcare company in responding to a surprise dawn raid initiated by a local market regulation authority for suspected resale price maintenance and abuse of dominance, and assisted the client in seeking mitigated penalties;
  • Represented a port-related enterprise in responding to an investigation initiated by market regulation authorities for suspected horizontal monopoly agreements, and assisted in applying for leniency.
