He has represented clients in hundreds of complex employment disputes, and is skilled in handling disputes involving senior executive employment contracts, large-scale collective labor disputes, equity incentive arrangements, and non-compete obligations. He advises on confidentiality protection systems, equity incentive schemes, compliance investigations, and employee separation negotiations. He also handles employment matters arising from mergers and restructurings.
Ming Li is also experienced in handling a wide range of civil and commercial dispute resolution matters. He provides litigation and arbitration services to clients including banks, securities firms, insurance companies, fund companies, factoring companies, and financial leasing companies. He also advises clients on corporate compliance investigations and regulatory matters, corporate governance, and government regulatory issues.
Ming Li joined Global Law Office Shanghai Office in 2026. Prior to joining Global Law Office, he was a partner at Merits & Tree Law Offices, and practiced for many years at JunHe LLP and Zhong Lun Law Firm.
