Mindong Su's main practice areas include dispute resolution and enforcement, criminal litigation, compliance and risk control, as well as legal services for government advisory.

With extensive legal experience, Mindong Su worked in an intermediate people's court for nearly 20 years. He currently provides legal services to multiple government authorities, large financial institutions and enterprises. He also serves as a member of the CPPCC Gusu District Committee in Suzhou and a director of the Alumni Association of the Law School at Soochow University.

Mindong Su joined Global Law Office in 2026. Prior to that, he had been engaged in legal practice for nearly 30 years at an intermediate people’s court and Jiangsu Yingyuan Law Firm.

He earned his LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from the Kenneth Wang Law School of Soochow University.
