Lishi Liu has provided professional legal services for numerous enterprises, covering industries such as logistics and transportation, high-tech, cultural industry, medical and health, commercial retail, automobiles, insurance, hotel management, real estate, etc.

In the area of investment and financing as well as mergers and acquisitions, Lishi Liu provides clients with services such as designing transaction schemes, conducting legal due diligence, drafting transaction documents, representing in negotiations, assisting with closing, and advising on daily legal affairs for enterprises. She has advised on the following representative projects: equity financing projects for enterprises such as ZTO Freight, Lvyue Group, HitGoo and Fancy Tech; equity investment projects for the funds under Neusoft Capital and GF Securities; the project of Yuewen's acquisition of Tencent's IP assets; the general corporate projects for enterprises such as ZTO Express, Masteel and Sun Hung Kai Properties.

In the area of listing and refinancing in the capital market, Lishi Liu has advised on the initial public offering and listing of ZTO Express (ZTO) (2057.HK), Huize Insurance (HUIZ), Viomi Technology (VIOT), Yincheng International (1902.HK) and the overseas and domestic issuance of bonds/notes for CCCC Group, Geely Group and Masteel.

Lishi Liu joined Global Law Office in 2020. Prior to joining Global, Lishi Liu worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm in the areas of M&A, PE/VC, capital markets and general corporate.
