Lily Qian has participated in a number of private equity investment projects, and assisted many companies in completing financing, mergers and acquisitions, as well as overseas investment transactions. Her clients include but not limited to TMT, semiconductors, new energy vehicles, consumption, culture and art, logistics, insurance, real estate, and other industries.
