Key Case Experience
In 2016, he represented the China Environmental Protection Federation in suing six defendants including a Jiangsu agricultural chemical joint stock company for the environmental damage to Kunshan Dianshan Lake, and the defendants were ultimately ordered to pay more than 50 million yuan in compensation.
In November 2018, he acted as the defense counsel for Suzhou an electrical appliance Co., Ltd., a large private enterprise in Suzhou suspected of the crime of environmental pollution. After investigation,the Huqiu Branch of Suzhou Public Security Bureau decided to withdraw the case in July 2020 due to the absence of criminal facts. This successful defense laid a solid foundation for the client to continue to be recognized as a high-tech enterprise, enjoy tens of millions of yuan in tax incentives, and resume work and production.
In January 2021, he served as the agent for a well-known logistics company in a case involving more than 60,000 crab cards (including related cases). Despite losing the first instance, Lawyer Junhui Yang carefully combed through the evidence and identified key breakthrough points. Eventually, the court held that the content of the involved Crab Card Purchase and Sale Contract did not conform to the basic legal characteristics of a sales contract but constituted a commission sales contract relationship, and the second instance court upheld the logistics company's appeal claim.
In April 2024, he acted as the agent for a large Jiangsu engineering Co., Ltd. in a case with the subject matter of nearly 10 million yuan. The first instance court ruled in favor of the engineering company, and the second instance court rejected the appellor’s appeal and affirmed the original judgment, successfully recovering losses for the client.
As a candidate for Jiangsu Province "333 High-level Talent Training Project", he has presided over and led the research of the provincial project Research on the Intelligent Supply System of Comprehensive Legal Services for the Manufacturing Industry under the Internet Context since March 2017. The research focuses on the "legal services + insurance + intellectualization" ecosystem for the manufacturing industry under the internet context. By taking manufacturing legal services as the starting point, the research aims to establish internet ports and intelligent systems, connect platforms such as insurance, finance and human resources, provide support for the transformation and upgrading and innovative ecological development of the manufacturing industry, and boost supply-side structural reform.
