Ms. Xu specializes in PE/VC, M&A, capital markets, FDI and general corporate.

Ms. Xu has represented and advised numerous famous private equity firms and corporate in many private equity investment deals, her clients including GGV Capital, Ventech Capital, FountainVest Partners, Panlin Capital, Samsung Capital and  Sanoma Corporation; Ms. Xu also advises companies that are in need of financing. 

In the M&A field, Ms. Xu has led or participated in deals such as Novartis AG’s acquisition of Tianyuan Pharmaceuticals, Focus Media’s acquisition of CGEN Media, and certain fund’s acquisition of a private own hospital. In the capital markets field, Ms. Xu has advised clients in both domestic and oversea IPO deals, including a manufacturer’s IPO on NASDAQ (representing the issuer), a small loan company’s IPO on NASDAQ (representing the underwriter), a foreign owned real estate company’s IPO on Singapore Exchange  (representing the issuer).

Ms. Xu also provides general corporate legal advice to Focus Media, Siemens, United Technologies, Mitsubishi Securities, Eurostar Diamond, Vantec Logistics and other multinational companies.

Ms. Xu joined Global Law Office in 2007. Prior to joining Global, Ms. Xu worked at a reputable US firm.
