Mr. Hong's main fields of practice include corporate legal affairs, compliance and risk control, foreign investment, intellectual property, dispute resolution, international trade and customs, etc.

Mr. Hong has rich experience in foreign direct investment legal affairs, and provides legal services in the daily business process for Chinese and foreign enterprises, including many Japanese listed companies. Mr. Hong serves as the perennial legal consultant for many Chinese and foreign enterprises, providing legal services for contract management, labor management, various administrative application and approval procedures in the daily operation of the company.

Mr. Hong has rich experience in intellectual property law. Mr. Hong was fully involved in and played a leading role in DVD patent license negotiations on behalf of about fifty Chinese companies, and accumulated rich practical experience in intellectual property law and technology import and export.

Mr. Hong has a long experience of studying law and engaging in legal practice in Japan, he has established extensive cooperation with Japanese lawyers, and has accumulated rich experience in dealing with legal affairs between Japan and China. Mr. Hong can use Chinese, Japanese and English to negotiate and draft legal documents.

Mr. Gengming Hong was admitted in the PRC in 1989. Mr. Hong joined Global Law Office in 2019. Prior to joining Global, Mr. Hong worked with Haoliwen Partners  in Shanghai.
