Bowen Xing has extensive experience in handling dispute resolution cases. He has represented and participated in various civil and commercial disputes and enforcement cases accepted by the Supreme People’s Court, as well as high-level and local courts such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Fujian, Hainan, and Hebei, as well as arbitration institutions like the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and the Beijing Arbitration Commission.

 

Representative dispute cases handled by Bowen Xing include: 1. Representing a syndicate of five banks in a domestic lawsuit against mortgagors and guarantors, involving a claim amount of approximately RMB 700 million. The case addressed complex legal and procedural issues, including the coordination of overseas arbitration and domestic litigation, and resulted in a favorable judgment. 2. Representing a trust company in a dispute with investors. By accurately assessing the impact of jurisdictional issues on the case during the jurisdictional stage, the case was ultimately won, resulting in the dismissal of all the investors’ claims and avoiding tens of millions of RMB in losses for the client. 3. Representing a company in a contractual dispute with a client. During the preservation stage, substantial high-quality assets of the opposing party were swiftly secured. Through a strategy of "promoting settlement through preservation measures," over RMB 100 million was recovered for the client in a short period. 4. Representing a trust company in a contractual dispute with a target company and others, involving a claim amount of approximately RMB 2 billion, which resulted in a favorable judgment. 5. Representing a financial leasing company in a lawsuit against a lessee, involving an amount exceeding RMB 100 million. The case addressed complex issues such as the determination of financial leasing legal relationships and the calculation of delayed default penalties under accelerated maturity, resulting in a favorable judgment. 6. Representing a company as a lessor in a lawsuit against a lessee. After two trials and a remand for retrial, the client ultimately recovered losses exceeding RMB 10 million.
