Bella Zhou is the partner of Global Law Office based in Shanghai. She specializes in capital markets, M&A, PE/VC and relevant commercial dispute resolution.

Bella Zhou has advised various investment funds, including Dollar Fund/RMB Fund and industrial investment group to invest across different industries and has provided legal services covering full process of investment. The legal services rendered by her include structuring the transactions, conducting due diligence, drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents, and issuing legal or advisory opinions as well as assisting with the closing matters and completion of government approval procedures. In addition, she has represented numerous investors/companies in a substantial number of arbitration and litigation cases related to PE/VC, M&A, as well as normal corporate business disputes.
