Andi Li has extensive practical experience in handling intellectual property disputes and has handled trademark authorization and rights confirmation disputes, trademark infringement disputes, copyright infringement disputes, unfair competition disputes, and some commercial contract disputes at various levels of courts including the Supreme Court, the Beijing High Court, the Beijing Intellectual Property Court, as well as administrative agencies such as the China National Intellectual Property Administration.
Andi Li provides legal services to a large number of well-known enterprises and government agencies at home and abroad, mainly including: COFCO Group, CCIC Group, Cheetah Group, China Post, Beijing North Star Group, Yihai Kerry Group, Tencent, TCP Group, Château Lafite Rothschild, Technogym, Airwair International, Prince Gong's Mansion Museum, and the Public Opinion Research Center of the Central Propaganda Department (xuexi qiangguo platform), etc.
Andi Li participated in and won the Lafite Manor trademark infringement and unfair competition dispute case, which was selected as one of the top ten intellectual property cases of the Chinese courts in 2023. The 北辰 real estate series brands of rights protection case was selected as one of the top ten typical trademark litigation cases of 2022. Tencent's Honor of Kings game account rental platform injunction case was selected as one of the top ten copyright hot cases of AIPPI China Chapter in 2021 and one of the top ten judicial cases of China's online governance in 2021. In addition, Andi Li successfully obtained the recognition of well-known trademark EVISU in the trademark infringement dispute that she represented and won.
