Mr. Qiao is a partner of Global Law office. His main areas of practice focus on corporation Intellectual Property management and risk prevention, Intellectual Property dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration), especially litigation involving the authorization and determination of trademark rights, trademark infringement litigation, unfair competition litigation, copyright infringement litigation and patent infringement litigation.

Mr. Qiao joined Global Law Office in Jan 2015. From 2004 to 2008, as a judge in the First Intermediate People’s Court of Beijing dealing with intellectual property cases, Mr. Qiao was on the bench in more than 400 various cases concerning trademarks, patents, copyrights and unfair competition. Since 2004, Mr. Qiao began to work for COFCO, one of the Fortune 500 companies, as an in-house counsel in the Intellectual Property Department. By the end of 2014, he had handled nearly 100 intellectual property disputes for COFCO.
