Ms. Jin is the partner of Global Law office in Beijing and specialized in capital markets (domestic and overseas listing, bond issuance etc.), PE/VC (on behalf of investor or target company), M&A, asset restructuring and fund formation.

Since Ms. Jin joined Global Law office in 2007, she has led and participated in the following high-profile projects: reorganization of Xiamen Port terminals (involving 2 Hong Kong listed companies, 3 A-share companies with a total value of over RMB7 billion); China Resources Group and Beijing Medical Group’s merger of pharmaceutical assets worth of RMB50 billion (involving 4 A-share companies and 50 unlisted companies); China Resources Gas Group Limited and Zhengzhou State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission together established a joint venture acquiring controlling shares of Zhengzhou Gas (former H-share listed company); China Resources Land Limited’s various acquisitions of domestic real estate companies; Hengan’s acquisition of Qinqin, a food manufacturing company; A-share initial public offering of China Film Co., Ltd; US listing of Vision China Media; HK listing of O-Net Communications; Singapore listing of Jiafa , a Indonesia poultry manufacturing company; Hengan’s issuance of HK $5.4 billion convertible bonds; China Properties Group’s issuance of $250 million senior debt; Khazanah Nasional Berhad’s strategic investment in China Huarong Asset Management Company;

Macquarie Capital’s investment in Daojia; Investment in Wangfujing Retail by New Horizon Fund, CITIC Fund and Beijing State-owned Capital Operation and Management Center. Industries in which Ms. Jin has been involved include manufacturing, real estate, media, retail, infrastructure, hi-tech, energy, resources, telecom, financial services and pharmacy, etc.
