According to Bloomberg’s latest Asia Pacific M&A Legal Advisory League Table of 2010, Global ranked 8th among law firms in the Asian Pacific region and 3rd among Chinese law firms, with respect to China announced deals in terms of involvement and deal count.
The ranking data is comprised of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, debt-for-equity-swaps, joint ventures, private placements of common equity and convertible securities, and the cash injection component of recapitalizations according to Bloomberg standards.
