Shuyi Zhang has advised on equity offerings on both domestic and overseas capital markets, including, inter alia, Lifestyle China Group Limited (2136.HK)’s initial public offering and listing by way of introduction on Hong Kong Stock Exchange, China Everbright Water Limited (1857.HK)’s initial public offering and listing on Hong Kong Stock Exchange, China Minsheng Investment Group’s subscription of 18.27% shares in Yango Group Co., Ltd. (000671.SZ), Shandong Zhongji Electrical Equipment Limited (300308.SZ)’s acquisition of 100% shares of InnoLight Technology Corporation, secondary listing of Trip.com Group Limited.

Shuyi Zhang has advised Taiping Asset Management Co., Ltd, on its subscription of equity interest in JD Finance and Alisports Limited, and has advised other PE/VCs on equity and non-standardized investments.

Shuyi Zhang has extensive hands-on experience in post-investment management, stock incentive plans and e-commerce, and is able to provide comprehensive and practical legal advice to clients based on her work experience.

Prior to joining Global, Shuyi Zhang had 5-year work experience in capital markets. Shuyi Zhang also has work experience in a listed company as in-house legal counsel.
