Xueliang Mao is a partner based in our Beijing office. Xueliang has assisted many international and PRC companies/funds in connection with their projects of private equity, venture capital, cross-border investment, fund formation, real estate, M&A and general corporate. In addition to the traditional manufacturing, real estate and apartment leasing industries, Xueliang Mao has also served companies in the industries of telecommunications, internet, movie, entertainment and education etc.

Mr. Mao represents major investment banks, private equity funds, commercial banks and Fortune 500 multi-national companies in their China related transactions. His clients include Blackstone, Warburg Pincus, Primavera Capital, CINDAT Capital, Alibaba, Schneider, UBS, Standard Chartered, e-Shang Group and ZHJ Capital, etc.  Mr. Mao has handled a variety of transactions of debt and equity investment and cross-border M&A with rich experience in domestic and cross border investments.

Prior to joining Global in 2011, Mr. Mao worked in a law firm located in New York, focusing on the areas of capital market, M&A and investment.
