Liangjin Zhao represents major investment banks, private equity funds, commercial banks and Fortune 500 multi-national companies in their China related transactions. Her clients include Blackstone, Warburg Pincus, Primavera Capital, CINDAT Capital, Alibaba, Schneider, Standard Chartered, Thomson Reuters, Related, D&J Group, e-Shang Group, Oriental Patron, ABC Life, China Post Insurance etc. Liangjin Zhao has handled a variety of transactions of debt and equity investment and cross-border M&A with rich experience in domestic and cross border investments, especially in the real estate industry.

Prior to joining us in 2010, Liangjin Zhao worked with Concord & Partners in the areas of M&A and FDI.
