环球第二版网安法全面解读发布 GLO RELEASES CYBERSECURITY LAW Q&A 2ND EDITION
Global Law Office has just released the second edition of its popular Q&A on China’s Cybersecurity Law. The Q&A brings together the types of questions our clients have been asking, and our experience in the subject matter, to help you understand the impact of the Cybersecurity Law on your business operations in China. If you have investments in China, or are planning to invest, then you need our Q&A to understand the Cybersecurity Law.
Since the first edition, China government has issued a personal information security standard and circulated draft guidelines for grading of tiered protection for network security. China has also stated that it will reform the regulatory authority responsible for information and cybersecurity in China. While these changes demonstrate a maturing cybersecurity regulatory regime, they also bring compliance challenges for domestic and foreign-invested enterprises alike.
The second edition of the Q&A retains the previous questions and answers that our clients found so useful. Some answers, however, have been updated on account of new regulatory developments. Various new questions and answers have also been added in to this second edition based on recent legislative developments.
This second edition of our Q&A will guide you through the Cybersecurity Law and its impact. We remain committed to updating the Q&A periodically to reflect legislative developments and our increasing expertise.
